In case of damage, WhatsApp us within 24 hours of product delivery. Ensure to send images and videos of the damage along with your order number and name. Upon review, if we see the damage is from our end, the customer is responsible for covering the courier cost for returning the product to our warehouse. Studio Ru will only cover the transaction expenses after the merchandise is repaired.
