Wear and Tear:
Embroidery material, due to its innate property, is prone to scratches and marks with usage that only increases the character of the product. These scratches/marks on the surface will not considered as defects or rejects.
Hardware & fittings: The hardware used in any outfit are made out of metal which might lose its shine with usage. This usually happens over time due to weather conditions & rough usage and cannot be accounted as a defect.
Fabric: Our products consist of both hand-woven and man-made fabrics that might vary slightly from time to time. The digitally printed cloth used in our products might also vary in different parts and patches due to the general property of the fabric. Shrinkage or any other issue cannot be accounted as a defect.
